企業(yè)與獵頭公司合作過程存在的問題
1. 如果候選人在異地,那差旅費(fèi)成本由誰來承擔(dān)?

在尋獵合作前,獵頭公司會對企業(yè)進(jìn)行充分的調(diào)研,并梳理出企業(yè)人才需求畫像,但并不是一下到位的,獵頭會與企業(yè)保持良好的溝通,在企業(yè)的反饋和意見中重新構(gòu)建人才畫像,多次篩選之后,才能確保在后續(xù)獵取的人才與企業(yè)的要求保持一致。同時(shí),如果在獵取候選人過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)與企業(yè)的要求與人才市場有所偏差,獵頭也會與企業(yè)客戶及時(shí)溝通、說明情況,并提出對應(yīng)措施,調(diào)整需要內(nèi)容。
