一、服務(wù)費(fèi)用收取方式

獵頭公司收取服務(wù)費(fèi)用一般是按照入職候選人的年薪百分比來(lái)收取的,即是說(shuō)候選人的年薪越高,獵頭公司收取的服務(wù)費(fèi)也就越多。所以很多企業(yè)客戶就擔(dān)心獵頭公司與候選人合伙欺騙,但其實(shí)大獵頭公司是不會(huì)做這種自砸招牌的事情。這個(gè)問(wèn)題有兩種方式,一是候選人的薪資由候選人與企業(yè)客戶見(jiàn)面之后商討,給獵頭公司一個(gè)薪酬范圍;另外一種是商定一個(gè)固定的服務(wù)費(fèi)用,不按候選人年薪百分比執(zhí)行。
